Western Rise X Cotton Tee Review

The Western Rise X Cotton Tee is specifically made for usage everyday, in any situation, anywhere…whether it be outdoors, traveling, or everyday use. It’s super soft, stretches in every direction, wicks moisture, and resists odors. After 10 months of weekly usage in South Florida and even some travels to Hawaii and Colombia, do I recommend this shirt? Keep reading to find out!

Pros

  • Fit and looks: Slim but not too slim (it doesn’t show my love handles), clean and minimal, sleeve and shirt length are just right

  • Comfortable yet durable: “Heavier” feel than a normal tee, yet still soft, stretchy, and breathable

  • Odor handling: After a few days of wearing the shirt during travels in hot and humid conditions, the shirt did not give off bad odors! It didn’t smell all fresh and lovely, but more importantly, it didn’t smell bad either (if that makes sense). I can definitely go more days without washing the shirt when I’m not hopping on planes and hiking through mountains…but rather going to work, getting groceries, running to the post office, etc.

Cons

No major cons! I do notice some pilling here (3:49) on my Concrete shirt, but it could just be due to the variety of conditions that I’ve worn it in.

Conclusion

This was my first performance tee shirt purchase, and I’m very happy with it! It’s definitely the best tee shirt that I currently own. I love its fit, its strong yet minimal look, its resistance to bad wrinkles, and its odor control. I’ve worn it in most conditions, whether it be going to a local brewery or exploring other countries and states. After 10 months…I highly recommend the Western Rise X Cotton Tee!
